Welcome to Lead The Way Elementary School. As educators with long experience in Uttara, we founded LTWES to bridge strong National Curriculum English Version standards with child-centered global learning practices.

We do not believe in fear-based exam pressure or repetitive memorisation. Instead, we observe each child’s individual progress daily, nurturing fluent English communication, inquiring scientific minds, and compassionate habits.
